Retreat Terms & Conditions

MYPT TRANSFORMATIONS LIMITED

To reserve your place please follow the booking link and make a full or initial payment or contact us for direct invoicing or payment plans. In all cases a deposit of the value will be taken as a non-refundable deposit to secure your space.  A confirmation email will be issued to you upon receipt from MYPT Transformations Limited.

All payment plans must be arranged on an agreed fixed schedule. Final payment to be received 2 months prior to retreat start date.

TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS

All travel arrangements to/from our meeting place are your responsibility outside of airport transfers. We shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from delays or cancellations in any of the companies you may have made arrangements with, or for any irregularities in your documentation required for travel.

You are responsible for confirming your eligibility for travel via the latest entry requirements for Morocco..

CANCELLATIONS

All deposits are non-refundable and secure your place on the retreat. Deposits may not be transferred to another retreat or participant.

Cancellations by You

If you choose to cancel your place:

• More than 12 weeks before the retreat: deposit is retained, any additional payments are refunded.

• Within 12 weeks of the retreat (after the balance is paid): 50% of the total retreat fee will be refunded.

• Within 4 weeks of the retreat: no refunds will be issued, as all costs and commitments will have been confirmed.

No refunds or credits will be given for early departure, late arrival, missed sessions, or unused portions of the retreat.

Cancellations by Us

If we are required to cancel the retreat due to circumstances beyond our control (including border closures, travel restrictions or government lockdowns), you will receive a full refund of all payments made.

We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred such as flights, travel insurance, transport, or lost income. We strongly recommend all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations, illness, injury, and travel disruptions. 

HEALTH DISCLAIMER

This event is for all abilities however, if you have (or had within last 5 years) any physical, neurological or emotional issues or are under any medical or psychiatric supervision please advise us at the time of booking. If you are in any doubt about your ability to participate in the retreat please contact us beforehand to discuss this.

LIABILITY

Please understand that you are responsible for your own health and well-being during the retreat. MTPT Transformations Limited will not be held liable for any injuries or other medical or emotional instances that may occur, are sustained or aggravated during or after your time on retreat.

MYPT Transformation Limited will not accept any responsibility for cancellations, delays or changes cause by war, threat of war, terrorist actions, closure of airports, civil strike, industrial action, natural disasters, technical problems to transport, illness (including Covid) of participants or close relatives/pets, acts of God or any other events beyond our control. Neither can we be responsible for any loss or damage of property or disruption of program due to circumstances beyond our control.

Please ensure that you have adequate travel insurance to cover you for the retreat.

INSURANCE

The unexpected can sometimes happen and if you need to cancel your visit to us you could lose your deposit or even the full cost of the retreat.

We therefore strongly advise all our guests to arrange Personal Accident and Travel/Cancellation Insurance when booking onto one of our retreats.

BREAKAGES AND DAMAGE

Any breakages or damage to any buildings, fixtures, fittings or equipment belonging to the retreat location will be charged to the client with immediate effect.

RETREAT CHANGES

MYPT Transformations Limited reserves the right to change the timetable on any retreat at any given time.

We reserve the right to offer discretionary discounts which do not affect the status of any guests who have paid the full price.
