Tucked away from the noise, our retreat villa gives you space to slow down, breathe, and arrive fully. Warm light, soft textures, open communal spaces, and quiet corners to disappear into when you need stillness.

Lee Kelly

Lee is the Head Coach and Fitness Director at MyPT Gym, where he leads a team of trainers and develops strength and conditioning programmes for hundreds of members every year. Known for his grounded, technical and supportive coaching style, Lee helps people build strength they can feel in their bodies, their confidence, and their everyday lives.

On retreat, Lee leads the training journey: progressive strength sessions, cardiovascular routines and partner drills always adapted to your level. Expect structure, encouragement, humour, and real coaching that meets you where you are. He’ll push you when you need it and slow you down when that’s the real work.

Killian Campbell

Killian is a breathwork facilitator, sound practitioner, and bodyworker who specialises in nervous system regulation and emotional wellbeing. His work is grounded in lived experience, guiding people back into their bodies with safety, presence, and patience.

Expect deep calm, grounded energy, and a space where you can soften, exhale, and reconnect with yourself. Killian leads the restorative and reflective elements of the retreat - breathwork, nervous system reset, integration, and gentle morning practices that help the body settle and open.

    You’ll be matched thoughtfully, and we create a respectful environment from day one.
